As the Second World War comes to a close, Winnie Kraus is stunned when the British confiscate much of Oeynhausen for their post-war headquarters. Fluent in English, she’s assigned to Major Evan Crane, a British officer tasked with reviewing Nazi documents for upcoming war trials.
